Vecino Custom Store's Shipping Policy

At Vecino Custom, our utmost priority is to ensure the prompt and secure delivery of our customers' orders. Below, you'll find our shipping policy with all pertinent details.

Order Processing Time

Upon payment confirmation, our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders promptly. For personalized jewelry in stock, the processing time is up to 4 business days. Once it's ready, your jewelry will be shipped immediately.

Order Revision Process

To ensure your jewelry is exactly as you envisioned, we’ve added an important step to our order process: the Order Revision. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the design of your personalized jewelry. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the design or request changes to make sure it meets your standards.

• If you approve the design, your order will proceed to production immediately.
• If you request changes, we will send you a revised design for your approval.
• If no response is received within 24 hours, we will automatically approve the design and proceed with production and shipping.

This process ensures you have full control over your order and guarantees that your piece of jewelry is exactly as you want it.

Shipping Options

For deliveries within mainland Portugal, we utilize the services of UPS, FEDEX, or CTT EXPRESSO, depending on which service is the most economical, sustainable, and efficient for the destination. For deliveries to the autonomous regions of Madeira and Azores, we rely on the CTT service, renowned for its efficiency in delivering orders to these regions.

Delivery Time

• Portugal: Orders within mainland Portugal are delivered within 1 business day post-dispatch.
• Spain: Orders to Spain typically arrive in 1-2 days.
• United States: Orders to these locations usually take 2-3 days for delivery.
• France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium: Deliveries to these countries generally take 2-4 days.
• Rest of Europe (including the UK): Orders to the rest of Europe may take 3-7 days to arrive.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or customs delays.

Tracking

All our customers are provided with a tracking code, allowing them to monitor the delivery progress in real-time. This tracking code will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping offered for orders over €75.

Important Information

We emphasize the importance of accurately filling out your address information during the purchase to ensure timely delivery to the intended location. Should any delivery issues arise, such as undeliverable orders due to incorrect address information or failure to deliver, the product will be stored for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, it will be destroyed. The customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs, which may vary depending on the destination 

Additionally, if the shipment arrives in the destination country and is subjected to customs duties or taxes, responsibility of payment lie with the customer, as we are unable to predict or control these situations.
