El pedido me llegó con 15 días de retraso, ayer lo recogí y vi que el producto no se veía de calidad, la grabación es muy fina y solo se aprecia la fotografía cuando le da la luz directamente, la cadena que trae mide casi 40cm, algo exageradamente largo e innecesario que tengo que arreglar por mi cuenta. No volvería a comprar nada de esta empresa, si no hubieran estos fallos, valdría la pena por el precio.

I really liked that before finalising the pendant, you actually sent me a picture to ask, approve if I like it. I find it extremely useful, and I appreciate the interactions and prompt feedback. The pendant looked perfect, and the only thing I needed to do was to approve. Also, you are extremely prompt, and I placed the order in the evening. Creí que la nota vendría impresa, es mucho dinero para que alguien lo escriba a mano de manera muy sencilla, es mejor que vendan la nota vacía y que uno lo pueda escribir una vez que llegue el producto, honestamente yo tiré la mia por que no iba de la mano a la calidad de los otros productos.
