Art preview (within 24 business hours): Our artists will transform your photo into a stunning engraving and send you a preview.
Unlimited revisions (new in): Not perfect yet? Request as many changes as you need – we won’t engrave until you love it!
Fast production (1-2 business days): Once approved, we bring your jewel to life with precision engraving.
Fast & secure shipping: Your order is carefully packaged and shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox.

Can I see the design before purchasing?
Since each piece is crafted by hand, we don’t provide previews before an order is placed.
However, we offer unlimited revisions and only proceed with engraving once you’ve fully approved the design.
Please note that this service has a small additional fee, as all revisions are done manually, and can be added to your cart.

What is the shipping time?
As personalized jewelry is made exclusively to order, the processing and creation time is up to 3 days.
Once shipped, the transit time depends on your location:
- Portugal: 1 business day
- Spain: 1-2 business days
- United States: 2-3 business days
- France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium: 2-4 business days
- Rest of Europe (including the UK): 3-7 days business

We take full responsibility and are fully involved in every stage of your order.
