Hello, I received the pendant I ordered and I am very disappointed. I did not expect the best quality, but still there were definitely not so many shadows in the photo, plus those curved lines in the middle of the pendant (on the forehead, beetwen eyes) are completely out of place, there is a manufacturing defect in your case. I understand that engraving can cause all sorts of problems, but not to such an extent that it completely ruins the pendant and I will definitely not give it away. I did not expect the quality to be good, but even in the reviews sent by other customers, it looks better (unless they are also fake), not to mention the sample you sent.I won't even give the pendant as a gift, I'll have to throw it away, but I want a gift. So I'd like you to for you to
remake the pendant so I can get it by the holidays.
