All Vecino Custom pieces include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, such as:

• Faulty clasps or broken chains
  
• Engraving or alignment issues
  
• Structural or assembly defects
  

If your item has a production issue, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Not covered by warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Scratches, oxidation, or fading from misuse
  
• Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, or impact
  
• Lost or stolen items
  

Lifetime Engraving Warranty

Products marked with the “Lifetime Warranty” tag are covered for life — no matter how long you’ve had them.

This warranty ensures that:

Your engraving will never fade, rust, or lose visibility — regardless of the material used.

Our engraving is deep, dark, and permanent, created with advanced laser precision.

If it ever fades or becomes unreadable, we’ll replace your piece completely free of charge.
