The process was very quick! The keychain print came out nicer than expected. The customer care was very attentive and delivered exactly what I wanted! You can ask them to edit as many times as you want until you’re satisfied.

Ordered this for my boyfriend as an anniversary present. We both absolutely love it. It took about 2 weeks to come which i think is incredible considering the detail on the engraving. Cant believe the quality of it too!
